加强对青少年思想政治教育,使其健康成长,是关系到祖国未来和民族兴衰的大事,是全党、全社会的系统工程,工作在各条战线尤其是工作在教育战线的思想政治教育工作者和管理工作者重任在肩。怎样才能不辱使命,做好对青少年的思想政治教育呢?方法和途径是多种多样的,但有一点必须引起高度注意,那就是在教育中一定要遵循态度形成与转变的规律即服从、同化、内化规律。
