The Strategic Management of Public Sector Based on Balanced Score Card

As an effective tool of the strategic management,the Balanced Score Card(BSC) can make the dynamic balance of multiple management factors come true.Through this article's demonstration,we find it feasible to introduce the BSC from private sector into the strategic management of public sector,,it also has obvious practical meaning for the management practice of Chinese public sector.Though the public sector based on BSC still be in the stage of trial and exploration,if we can make the BSC and the intrinsic property of public sector together,the BSC should play more important role in the practice of the public administration.
