| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought about constitutional government is of a major directive significanc to the building of the constitutional government of our country in the present period.Constitution first is a prerequisite of Deng Xiaoping's thought about constitutional government.To develop democracy is a main content;to rule by law is a key principle;and to guarantee human rights is a purpose.To grasp and use the basic theories of Deng Xiaoping's thought about constitutional government has a great significanc that can't be ignored to the building of the constitutional government with Chinese characteristics. |
