| 摘 要： | 海昏侯墓新出《春秋》类简牍,据北京大学简牍整理小组的整理和释读,发现与《公羊传》关系密切。海昏侯墓《春秋》类简牍,反映了西汉中期公羊学的发展状况,折射出公羊学与汉代政治的密切关系。依据所见汉代文献,对汉代人引用公羊学思想的事例进行细致梳理,可以发现,公羊学被广泛应用于当时政治、法律、社会生活等各个领域,成为上自皇帝下至士人普遍引用的理论指导思想,对汉代政治产生了重大影响。
