| 摘 要： | 诱惑侦查是侦缉狡诈罪犯,查明大案要案事实真相经常使用的一种特殊侦查方法。由于我国现行立法和司法对诱惑侦查没有作具体明确的规定,因而在实施过程中会产生一系列问题。如何对诱惑侦查进行必要的法律限制,关系到此方法的合理应用,同时也关系到刑事诉讼法公正的实施。

| Abstract: | Detecting by means of entices is a special method applied in detecting and tracking down deceitful and serious crimes.As there is no explicit stipulation to regulate such methods,the application is likely to be problematic.Enforcing certain restrictions over the methods will determine the appropriate application of them,and it will also ensure just and correct implementation of the procedures of the Law of Criminals. |
