摘    要:个性化培养是艺术教育的重要内容之一.当前,高校油画教学存在着一些个性化培养的误区.文章从对应式的油画技法教学与个性化培养、配对式的名家风格模仿与个性化培养、拼盘式的视觉图式剪贴与个性化培养、油画导师工作室制与个性化培养等四个方面进行了客观的分析,并指出个性化培养应当警惕出现风格的样板化倾向.

Abstract:Individualized training is an important content of art education,but there are some misconceptions in contemporary college painting teaching in that regard.This paper attempts to address the problem by incorporating the painting-skill teaching,the imitation of masters'styles,the collaging of various existing painting,and the tutor-studio system,into the individualized training of fine-arts talents.It also warns the stereotypic tendency in this respect.
