| 摘 要： | 大学生宿舍文化本质上与校园文化具有同质性，研究和加强大学生宿舍文化建设对推动校园文化和良好学风校风建设具有一定的促进功能。因此，基于大学生宿舍文化视角，探索宿管的对策具有现实意义。针对学生宿舍管理存在的问题，必须要加强宿舍文化建设，完善宿管规章制度体系，提升辅导员的素质能力，以此构建宿管体系．提高宿管质量。

| Abstract: | Dormitory Culture bears homogeneity with campus culture. Study and Coustruction of domitory culture plays an important role in helping develop a stable dormitory culture and socialize college students. From the perspective of dormitory culture, this paper firstly makes an analysis of the status quo and growing trend of dormitory management, and then discusses measures to strengthen the job in this respect. |
