| 摘 要： | 在总结人类同各种腐败现象作斗争的历史经验的基础上，马克思提出了一系列反对腐败、加强廉政建设的重要思想。其主要观点包括加强对权力的监督、建立廉价政府、防止国家和国家机关工作人员由“社会公仆”变成“社会主人”、政府官员实行选举和罢免的制度、实行政务公开等。这些思想对我们当前搞好反腐倡廉工作具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | On the basis of diverse anticorruption experience of human history,Marx proposes a series of thoughts on clean government construction.The major part consists of the rigorous supervision of administrative power,the establishment of cheap government to prevent social servants from becoming social masters,the electoral and dismissal system of government officials,the transparency of administrative affairs.All these ideas are of great significance to the present anticorruption campaign. |
