| 摘 要： | 利用最小二乘法确定“投入人力”、“标准科研经费”与“人才培养”的关系 ,确定在大学评价中人才培养、科学研究的权重。并建立了总量指标与人均指标 ,分别排名 ,然后再把二者综合起来 ,得到统一的大学评价排名

| Abstract: | Based on the method of Least Squares Estimators, the relationship among labor input, standard S & T fund, and labor training can be obtained.By deciding the weight of labor training and S & T research, the gross and average indexes can be worked out. According to the indexes, the two different rankings and integrated rankings can be obtained as well. |
