摘    要:大量材料表明塑料的结晶性对机械性能影响显著,而结晶度的高低可以通过调整注塑工艺参数来控制,故可通 过调整注塑参数来控制材料结晶度,从而得到机械性能优良的材料。文中比较了同种注塑工艺下的材料近浇口、中心 处、远浇口3个位置的结晶度的大小,研究了注塑工艺参数对聚偏氟乙烯( PVDF)结晶性的影响,通过控制注射过程中注 射温度、注射压力、注射速度3个工艺参数,测量所得材料的拉伸性能以及结晶度,并比较两者关系。最后得出结论:抗 拉强度随结晶度的增加而增加,注射温度对于PVDF的拉伸性能影响最大,实际生产中为得到机械性能良好的材料,注 射温度宜控制在170 - 185℃.

Abstract:Amounts of essaays dedicated that crystallization property had significant effect on mechanical property, crystallization can be altered through adjusting parameters. so in order to obtain excellent mechanical quality of materials,crystallization can be controlled by changing injection parameters. Crystallizations from differnt position were compared in this paper,the influence of injection parameters on its crystallization,crystallinity and tensile strength were measured by controlling three parameter for injection,the relationship of these two properties were discussed. The results show that injection temperature is the main influence factor of tensile strength,and tensile strength increases with the increase of crystallization. in actual production. in order to obtain materials with high mechanical quality, injection temperature should be controlled between 170 0C and 185 0C .
