中学教师职称评定中观层面的合理性模式探讨

摘    要:本文认为中学教师中观层面的专业技术职务的评定应该建立在年度考核的基础上 ,评定的主体应该是学校的职称评定小组和相关的工作群体。评定的方式可以是设置指标 ,制作量表 ,实行量化评定。最后依据综合相对位置这一指标在当年申报晋升职称者之间实行量化比较 ,产生合理的职称评定结果。

Abstract:This essay argues that middle school teachers' professional promotion should be fundamentally based on the annual evaluation. The main body of evaluation should be the evaluating group of the school and the working group concerned. The evaluation task may include the formulation of specifications, the establishment of evaluation batteries and the conducting of measurement. Finally and perhaps most importantly, the comprehensive ranking of the teacher candidates is proposed for a rational outcome.
