超量货币与GDP和CPI之关系研究

在中国,GDP有GDP的问题,CPI有CPI的问题,从而在当前尚不合理的收入分配制度和尚不健全的社会保障体系之下,导致两位数增长的GDP无法承受3%的CPI涨幅。"十二五"时期,伴随着货币政策由"适度宽松"转向"稳健",中国的GDP增速将会回落,而诸多因素将共推CPI上行,从而进一步加重GDP与CPI之间的矛盾。为此,应通过提高GDP质量、引导民企参与竞争性领域和高新技术产业、深化收入分配制度改革和健全社会保障体系等四条途径,让GDP可以承受CPI之重。
