| 摘 要： | 伴随着人们对教育平等权利的追求，美国自第二次世界大战之后，就开始从时代精神、儿童权利、特殊儿童发展、分类与标签效应、基础教育学校变革等方面对于特殊教育学校效能的反思，并在家长推动下，通过立法实践，逐步发展起了以回归主流为主要载体的融合教育。

| Abstract: | Based on the spirit of times, the rights and development of the special children, the effect of classification and labeling, the reform of basic education schools, there have been trend about of reflection on effectiveness of special education school in USA after the Second World War. With parent＇s promoting, through the legislation, USA has gradually developed inclusive education such as mainstreaming. |
