| 摘 要： | 从治理理论的角度来分析返乡农民工培训,其内容主要集中于培训主体、培训主体间关系以及返乡农民工的积极性和主动性三个方面。当前返乡农民工培训存在着主体残缺（主要是非政府组织没有发挥应有的作用）,农民工积极性和主动性不足等弊端。应该通过吸收非政府组织参与,强调主体间互动协商等方式来完善返乡农民工培训的治理结构,从而提升培训绩效。
