西蒙娜·韦伊的劳动思想

法国女思想家西蒙娜.韦伊的劳动思想包括三个方面。一是劳动是实现人的真实生存与自由的途径,劳动把在其他状况下分裂的诸生存要素,如时间与空间结合起来。劳动是一切科学思想的基础与来源,因而劳动是人与人之间平等的支点。二是劳动中奴役性与解放性的悖论。劳动使人处于必然性的支配下,受到盲目力量的奴役,但正是奴役性使人放弃了幻想,迎接真实的解放。三是大生产的劳动方式中集体与个人关系以及此种劳动对人的解放的局限性。

Simone Weil's Ideology on Labour

Simone Weil's ideology on labour is studied from three aspects in this paper.First,labour in Weil's theory is the path to realize the genuine survival and freedom of humanity,because labour integrates the essential elements of human life,which are otherwise separated from each other.Labour is the foundation of all scientific thinking and equality among human beings.Second,there is a paradox between slavery and liberation in labour. People are controlled by necessity and enslaved by some unknown force in the process of labour;and in return,labour enables people to give up illusions and embrace true liberation.And lastly,Weil's ideology is about the relationship between the group and its members in industrial mass production.According to Weil,labour also has limitations in the degree or extend to which human beings are set free.
