| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济建设和社会发展对高层次人才需求的不断增加,研究生规模不断扩大,如何加强研究生教育管理,提高研究生培养质量,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。将孔子的教育管理思想运用于研究生教育管理中,从教学管理和学生管理两个方面对孔子的教育管理思想进行阐述,分析孔子教育管理思想中“以人为本”、“重视教师作用”、“重视德育管理”的特点,并探讨其对研究生教育管理的启示,对于提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The number of graduate students is enlarging year by year for matching the increasing demand of the high level talented people for the economic construction and social development.There is a very important topic facing to us that how to strength the management of graduate students' education and how to improve their quality.In this paper,the author tries to explain the Confucius idea of the education management from the parts of teaching management and student management.The specialty of "human-oriented","importance of teacher" and "importance of the management for moral education" in the Confucius idea is analyzed.Therefore,the author borrows this great idea into the field of graduate student management and foresees the importance towards it. |
