| 摘 要： | 中日东海之争不仅影响着当前两国关系的健康发展,也影响着东亚地区乃至整个世界的和平、稳定与发展。“搁置争议、共同开发”是两国面临的现实选择。构建东亚区域合作机制的框架是维系并进一步推进中日在东海海域合作的必由之路。东北亚能源合作将为这一框架的建立提供现实和可能的路径。

| Abstract: | Dispute over East China Sea between China and Japan is not only influencing the development of bilateral relationship but also the peace,stability and development of the world.To put aside the dispute and develop together is the practical choice for both sides.To construct the framework of the East Asia Regional Cooperative Regime is the inevitable road for holing and pushing forward the colaboration between China and Japan in East Chian sea zone.The cooperation on energy in North-east Asia will provide an actual and possible route to the seting up of such a framwork. |
