| 摘 要： | 在中国加入世贸、面临《京都议定书》后续谈判以及准备建立中国-东盟自由贸易区的关键时刻，试图通过对欧盟贸易与环境政策的得失分析，寻找中国新世纪贸易与环境可持续发展的崭新方向通过区域安排实现对自由贸易与环境保护之间冲突的协调，并进而对今后中国-东盟自由贸易区相关制度的建立提出自己的一些建议。

| Abstract: | After China＇s entry into the WTO, at the critical time when China faces the fellow-up negotiation of Kyoto Protocol and is ready to establish Sino-ASEAN free trade area （FTA）, the paper attempts to analyze the gains and losses in EU＇s policy on trade and environment. The goals are to find out China＇s new orientation in realizing her sustainable development in terms of her trade and environment in the new times and to coordinate the conflicts between free trade and environment protection though the regional arrangement. Finally, some suggestions are put forward that are instructive to the policy-making in establishing future Sino-ASEAN FTA. |
