双重制度逻辑与非营利组织的运行--一个新制度主义视角的解释

本文借鉴新制度主义的理论视角,讨论了中国非营利组织的制度环境特性及其对组织运行的影响.论文认为中国的非营利组织的制度环境常常是两种具有矛盾性的制度逻辑并存,即市场管理逻辑和社会服务逻辑同时发挥作用,它们同时构成了非营利组织运行的合法性约束,并进而导致非营利组织的结构运行和服务提供上的偏离.论文最后指出应该进一步理顺福利体制改革的方向,加强非营利组织的能力建设.

Dual Institutional Logic and Development of Non-profit Organization: An Explanation from New Institutionalism

This article discusses the character of institutional environment and its influences on non-profit organization. Concepts of institutional logic and legitimacy from new institutionalism are integrated to provide framework to explain the organizational phenomenon in the process of social transformation in China. The author identifies two conflicting institutional logics-market-management logic and social service logic which constitutes legitimacy constraint for focal organization. Non-profit organizational structure and service provision tend to departure from their substantial goal when influenced by conflicting institutional requirement. The article proposes that social welfare system of China should be directed properly for capacity building of non-profit organization.
