| Abstract: | In Hegels legal philosophy system, freedom was human nature, mevitability being understood but not self-willed, and it was restrictive, actual and social. In contrast, law was freedom in ultimate, ideal means. freedom's definite existence,yardstick and made freedom from ideality to actuality.Therefore, the essence of law was freedom. |
