| Abstract: | Credit is of the uttermost importance and plays a key role in the social credit system. Government credit is centered on serving the people. To construct government credit, the leadership should live the principle and set good examples. Moral education should be combined with the construction of institution and legislation. The evaluation of government credit should be based on three-favorable standard. |
