台湾光复的正义性与合法性

日本强迫清政府签订《马关条约》,侵占台湾。《马关条约》是不平等条约,日本窃取台湾是非正义的。中国人民从未放弃收复失地。通过《开罗宣言》、《波茨坦公告》,美国、英国承认台湾为中国失地并支持中国从日本手中收复台湾。1945年10月,台湾光复,中国政府恢复对台湾行使主权,是在践行《开罗宣言》、《波茨坦公告》,具有强烈的正义性与合法性。中华民国国民政府在台湾省实行有效治理。因中国内战导致台湾与大陆再次分离。美国为干涉中国内政,借《旧金山和约》,制造台湾地位未定论,遭到中国人民的坚决反对。《旧金山和约》改变不了台湾作为中国一部分的历史事实与法律依据。
