工作压力与工作倦怠关系研究——以服装企业知识型员工为例

摘    要:本文对我国服装企业知识型员工工作压力和工作倦怠状况和关系进行了研究。结果显示,在服装企业中,知识型员工的工作压力程度处于中等偏上的水平,工作倦怠总体状况不太严重。通过对比工作压力和工作倦怠的关系,发现工作压力对工作倦怠的不同维度都有正向的预测作用,进一步研究发现,不同工作压力维度对工作倦怠影响程度不同。为了贯彻"以人为本"的管理理念,企业应该重视工作压力管理,采取相应的对策和措施,防止工作倦怠的发生。

Abstract:This study conducts a study on the relationship between work stress and job burnout of knowledge-type employees in apparel industry.According to the result,the work stress of knowledge-type employees is on an above-average level and their job burnout is generally not too serious.Through a comparison of the relationship between work stress and job burnout,it shows that work stress has a positively predictive function on different dimensions of job burnout.Further study indicates that different dimensions of job burnout have different degrees of influence upon job burnout.In order to carry out the managerial idea of "putting the human first",the organizations should attach great importance to work stress management and take the corresponding countermeasures and actions to prevent job burnout.
