| 摘 要： | 文章针对数字图书馆面临的知识产权保护问题，提出了包括制定知识产权管理政策、扩大合理使用范围在内的几点解决方案，重点探讨了具体的技术保护措施，以期通过实施数据加密、访问控制、信息确认，数字水印等技术来保护数字图书馆建设中的知识产权。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the protecting problem of intellectual property Confronted by digital library, this paper puts forward several resolving measures, including making management policy of intellectual property and enlarging areas of optimal use, etc. It also researches emphatically some specific technological countermeasures, in hopes of via adopting data encryption, access control, message confirmation, and digital watermarking technologies, etc. to protect intellectual property under the construction of digital library. |
