| 摘 要： | 遵循价值规律调节是市场经济的基本特征,政府间接的宏观调控又是弥补市场失灵、保证市场经济健康发展的重要手段。从理论与实践的结合看,我国完善社会主义市场经济体制条件下价值规律调节的基础地位及政府宏观调控仍具必要性。在改革开放的新形势下,把握并处理好价值规律调节与宏观调控的关系?研讨如何按市场经济规律的要求搞好政府的宏观调控具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper, theoretically and practically, analyzes the necessity of the Macroscopical Control and the fundamental effect of the adjustment of Laws of Values in order to perfect socialist market economic system, and demonstrates how to deal with the relationship between the adjustment of Laws of Values and Macroscopical Control, how to macroscopically control the economy effectively in the situation of reforming and opening in China. |
