| 摘 要： | 文章通过对邓小平外交思想的形成基础、外交政策制定的出发点等问题的分析,揭示了邓小平外交思想的鲜明特征,认为邓小平从国家利益、国家实力、国际上各种力量对比变化的角度来把握中国的外交问题,对于我国外交工作具有指导意义。邓小平的外交思想是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping's diplomatic thoughts are integral part of his socialist theory with Chinese characteristics. He dealt with diplomatic questions to adapt to times development with points of view of state interest, state strength and each international power. He was a strategist and diplomatist and founded his socialist diplomatic theory with Chinese characteristics. After analyzing the base of his diplomatic thoughts and the origin of diplomatic policy, this paper concludes that DENG Xiao-ping's diplomatic thoughts not only have realistic characteristics, but also are guide theory of China's diplomacy. |
