| Abstract: | Building of university's innovative culture is the inevitable requirement of the development of reform of higher education, and the demand of culture building in university campus as well, which needs urgent breakthrough and innovation. This article points out 7 basic principles the building should abide by, such as notion comes first, then a comprehensive study, and combining with development of reform. |
