基于消费者差异的拉姆齐定价

摘    要:本文从消费者差异的角度考虑电信服务定价,对电信服务定价中拉姆齐定价存在消费者之间不公平涨价问题进行分析,其主要原因是消费者消费能力不同导致对电信服务的涨价存在承受弹性能力的差异性,引入消费者时间机会成本来均衡消费者之间的差异性,推导出了基于消费者差异的拉姆齐模型,达到消除拉姆齐定价中的不公平涨价现象。同时提出了具体实施的方法与应用价值。指出了在价格上限管制等电信定价方法中也存在消费者之间和企业与消费者之间的不公平定价现象。

Abstract:This paper studies telecom services pricing from the new viewpoints of the consumer differences. It analyzes that the unfair price increase existed in Ramsey pricing used in telecom services pricing. The main reason is that differences in consumptive abilities of consumers lead to differences in enduring ability to telecom services markup. Introducing time opportunity cost to balance among customers can set up a Ramsey pricing model, Which can change the unfair price increase situation existing in Ramsey pricing. It proposes some useful methods and application value. It indicates that there existed unfair pricing situations using price-cap pricing among consumers and between the enterprise and consumers.
