| 摘 要： | 近些年来,政府与公民关系是我国行政学研究的重要主题之一.在政府与公民关系研究中,有以下特点:一是理论研究视角的多样性,主要体现在从行政文化、和谐社会构建、信息公开、行政机构改革、社会发展变迁以及公共危机等角度的展开;二是研究内容的多层性,主要探讨了政府与公民关系的多种类型.由于现有的研究还存在着不足,需要从以下几个方面进行改进,即厘定政府与公民关系中的核心概念;探析政府与公民关系发展的动力;把握政府与公民关系发展的趋势.
