贫困大学生抑郁心理的干预研究——团体心理辅导与自我教育

摘    要:采用团体心理辅导和自我教育两种不同的方法对贫困大学生的抑郁心理状态进行心理干预实验,实验结果表明:团体辅导的目标明确、针对性强,重视成员的自我反思,营造了融洽、团结、安全的团队气氛,突破了过去认为的社会与情绪方面问题只有个别辅导才能收效的局限;而自我教育能培养大学生自立自强意识,提高他们心理健康的自我教育能力,促进他们自觉实践、加强内化,总结交流、自我激励。这两种不同的干预方式,对贫困大学生的抑郁心理都具有较好的干预效果,且两者的作用都比较稳定持久,但团体心理辅导的短期效果不如自我教育明显。由于自我教育具有团体辅导所没有的优点,所以更值得在高校大学生的心理健康教育中推广。

Abstract:The paper conducts two methods,that is,group-guidance and self-education,to intervene in the depression of poor college students.The tests indicate that the method of group-guidance has apparent and specific objectives,emphasizes the introspection of team members,creates a friendly,united and safe team atmosphere and thus makes a breakthrough to the traditional method of individual guidance.The method of self-education can cultivate students' awareness of independence and improve their self-teaching ability of psychology education such as autonomous practice,stress on internalization,summary and communication as well as self-encouragement.The two methods produce stable and durable effects on depression,but the method of self-education displays a better short-term effect.Consequently,self-education should be widely applied in college students' psychology education.
