| 摘 要： | 近年来，医学院校英语教学质量虽有显著提高，但是总体水平较弱。医学生在英语学习过程中普遍存在动机不强的状况。文章通过对山西省某医学院校116名学生问卷调查分析教学中教师因素对在校学生学习动机的影响，探寻教师激发学生英语学习动机的途径。

| Abstract: | With the development of college English education, medical college students have made progress in English study. But the students'' motivation of learning English is relatively weak. This paper intends to explore the ways English teachers affect medical majors'' motivation. A conclusion is drawn after investigations into the factors that influence students'' motivation and the basic qualities of English teachers stimulating students'' motivation. |
