| Abstract: | The field is broad that Zeng Guofan pursues scholarly work in his life. This article mainly elaborates three aspects of Zeng's thoughts, including focusing on studies of Confucian Classics, being lavish with concentration for Ritual Study and elucidating the meaning of the Four Books. These thoughts and contributions prove that Zeng deserved to be called a scholar of Confucian Classics Studies. |
