Confucius' Theory of "Ren" vs. Modern Administration Moral

＂Ren＂（Kindheartedness） is the core of Confucian ideology and the maximal principle of its moral system.Confucius＇ proposals of ＂benevolence＂ and ＂loyalty and mercy＂ shows that theory of ＂Ren＂ is an ethical culture.It provided ways for rulers to rule the states and educate people with social enlightenment.Therefore,the exploration of the ideas of benevolence,ceremony and conciliation in Confucian theory of ＂Ren＂ from the perspective of modern administration moral will not only innovate the research on the theory of ＂Ren＂,but also pave ways for the construction of modern administration moral for more route choices.
