摘    要:轨道交通虽然是一种社会公益产品,需重点考虑其社会效益,但其经济效益也不容忽视,合理的票价是保持城市轨道交通系统稳健发展的关键。设计双层规划模型目的是:在多种交通方式竞争条件下,综合考虑轨道交通的社会效益和经济效益,得到城市轨道交通票价制定的最优策略。本模型既保障了出行者的广义出行费用最小,又可使轨道交通企业在交通方式竞争中经济效益最大化。

Abstract:As a public service facility, the social and economic benefits of metro ticket fare are both important, so reasonable ticket fare is a key for the solid development of urban metro. The purpose to design a bi-level programming model is to take social and economic benefits into comprehensive account under the competitive condition led by various modes of transportation so as to get an optimal strategy in ticket fare pricing of urban metro. This model can ensure the minimum generalized travel costs, and it also enables to maximize the economic benefit of metro business in the competition of transportation modes.
