有效教学视阈下的教师教学经验探讨

摘    要:教师教学经验与有效教学密切相关,是影响有效教学的重要因素之一。有效教学的核心问题是提高教师的教学效益,而教师的教学经验直接影响有效教学能否达成。合理的教学经验能够促进有效教学的达成,而定势的教学经验则具有局限性,阻碍有效教学的达成。为适应新课改课堂有效教学需要,教师应该努力更新教学观念、探索有效的教学方法,加强经验反思,提高自身综合素质,不断丰富和发展自身的教学经验。

Abstract:Teachers’ teaching experiences are closely related to effective teaching.This paper attempts to analyze the concept of effective teaching and teachers’ teaching experiences,as well as points out the rationality and the limitation of teachers’ teaching experiences,and simultaneously,emphasizes that to meet the need of effective teaching on the threshold of new curriculum reform,teachers should make every effort to renew their own teaching experience.
