| Abstract: | The institutes for nationalities should position themselves basically for the overall service of the non-mainstream ethnic groups.On the accurate comprehension of this positioning,journalism and mass communication disciplines in the institutes for nationalities should determine their own path of development and reinforce their focal competitiveness of the discipline by distinct construction of their own traits. |
