| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入 WTO,国内市场竞争会加剧 ,企业面临着新的机遇和挑战 ,为此企业必须实施信息化发展战略。ERP系统是企业信息化管理最先进的手段之一 ,它实现了对企业整个供应链的管理。但许多企业在应用 ERP的过程中都存在着诸如实施盲目、选型不当、管理工作跟不上等问题。针对上述问题 ,文章试作探讨与分析 ,并提出相应对策

| Abstract: | Along with China's WTO entry and intensive market competition, domestic enterprises face new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, enterprises must enforce development strategy of information. ERP system, one of the most advanced managing methods with information, realizes management throughout enterprise supply chain. However, most enterprises encounter some problems such as blind implementation, unsuitable selection of ERP type and less matching management while applying ERP. In view of above problems, this paper makes some inquiry and analysis, and puts forward countermeasures afterwards. |
