| 摘 要： | 普通高校成人教育学院的办学重心已逐步由"成人高等学历教育"向"继续教育"转移,机构名称相继更换为继续教育学院.这顺应了构建"学习型社会"的时代潮流,也是积极应对教育市场竞争的需要.文章对在这一角色转换过程中,普通高校继续教育学院应完成的任务、管理人员应提高的素质进行了分析和论述.

| Abstract: | The center of adult education college of universities has gradually transferred from higher diploma education for adults to continuing education and the title of it has also changed into continuing education college.This is suitable to the current trend of building up study-oriented society;meanwhile,it is also the need to actively respond to the competition of educational market.This article did some analysis and discussions about diathesis that the adult education managers of universities should improve as well as tasks which adult education college should implement during the process of role transformation. |
