| Abstract: | Urbanization is a definite tendency of the development and progress of human so ciety. Moreover, it is an important cretia for the developing level and cultural degree of a certain area . We should find out the breach for Western Development , strengthen the regiona l and economic construction ,and promote the process of Town construction in the view of the characteristics that the major population are rural people in the w est and there coexist the countries and the towns. |
