区域多元化企业分支机构核心能力培养方式——基于合法性视角的理论模型

摘    要:企业核心能力培育是赢得竞争优势的关键活动,但目前对于区域多元化企业分支机构核心能力培育方式的研究尚不深入。研究者在综合制度理论、核心能力理论相关观点的基础上,以区域多元化企业分支机构为研究对象,构建了一个分支机构战略定位、制度距离与核心能力培育路径的理论模型。研究认为:区域多元化企业对于分支机构的战略定位与其核心能力培育方式具有相关性,制度距离与分支机构的战略定位对这种关系具有调节作用。

Abstract:Cultivating core competence is one of the key issues gaining competitive advantage for enterprises.However,researches on nurturing subsidiaries’ core competence of trans-regional enterprises are not yet in-depth at present.The writers of this paper,focusing on subsidiaries of trans-regional enterprises,builds a theoretical model about strategic positioning of those subsidiaries,institutional distance and the development approach of core compe-tence based on the integration of institution theory and core competence theory relatively.This research proposes that strategic positioning of trans-regional enterprises’subsidiaries has relationship with their core competence culti-vating method,meanwhile institutional distance and such strategic positioning have a moderating effect on the rela-tionship above.
