学校文化建设标准的哲学思考

摘    要:学校文化建设标准一词,语境意蕴深远,语义绪远悠长。"标准"的建设问题,不只是一种目标价值的"允许原则",也是衡量事物发展优劣和立意育人境界高低的依据。更重要的是"四育并举"促进人的全面发展的办学规则和"立德树人"集忱社会义理的任务,需要一种载体统领全局,需要一个平台互动交流。如果说载体的作用是为了实现价值转移和承重起能动的态势,那么平台的价值则要担负起新的办学精神和能量再造。今天的一些学校之所以出现办学理念雷同和内涵无特色的局面、大多由学校文化建设标准理论水准平面化、理念思想概念化所致。学校好建,学校文化不好建。学校文化标准,就是要体现校长文化使者的精神气质,体现师者先善其德的崇高形象,体现校园文化浸润心灵的环境建设,用"道"的方向引领优化组织结构,用"术"的方法模式建立独有话语权,用文化兴校战略形成长远发展路线图。不管今后什么人继任校长,都会在既定的文化行动纲领中,依循学校的精神理念来布局;不管什么样的活动冲击,都会在立德树人的根本任务中,展示培养栋梁之才的至善之美。

Abstract:The term of the standards for school culture construction is far-reaching in sense and implication. The "standards" for construction is not merely the "permission principle" with target value, but also the evi- dences to evaluate the development level of a thing and an intended realm of education. More importantly, the school regulations for the "simultaneous development of four domains" to promote the overall development of the people, and the task to "enhance morality development" so as to set up a rationalist society require a carrier to guide the overall situation and a platform for interaction. If the role of the carrier is to realize the transfer of the value and sustain the dynamic load from the situation, then the value of the platform is to build up a new school spirit and stimulate energy reproduction. Today, why some of the schools hold the similar educational philosophy and featureless connotation in education results from their shallow understanding of theoretical level for the con- struction of school cultures and the conceptualization of educational ideas. It is easy to set up a school; however,it is not easy to construct a school culture. The standards of school culture will reflect the ethos of the principal, the cultural ambassador, and the teachers' noble mind of heightening the morality of the educated first. It re- flects the mode that the school enhances the environment construction to influence the development of learners' mind with school culture, to optimize the organizational structure with the development of "ideology", and to es- tablish a unique communication pattern with the "technique" methods, so as to form a long-term strategy of de- veloping school through culture. Regardless of who succeeds to be the principal in the future, he/she will follow the established cultural program of action, and will go ahead with the school spirit for development. No matter what happens, the school will adhere to its fundamental task to cultivate learners' morality, showing the school devotion of moulding the pillars of the society.
