| 摘 要： | 科技期刊质量是科技期刊的生命线.领导的重视是提高科技期刊质量的前题和先决条件；加强科技期刊编辑队伍建设是提高科技期刊质量的根本所在,应从思想政治素质和职业道德素质、编辑专业素质和学科专业素质、科研能力三方面着手提高编辑质量；应切实发挥编委会的指导作用；还需建立合理有效的审稿机制,保证刊发文章的质量.
