| Abstract: | The enhancement of the abilities of administration from which the governing Party's construction starts and returns,has its own objective necessity.In China,the construction of political civilization and that of the administrative abilities of the Party are actually an interactive process.Therefore,for the government to forge ahead with civilization and law,we must enhance the construction of political civilization,advancing the ability of administration of our Party. |
