| 摘 要： | 建国以来,中国共产党对中国的民主法制建设、法治国家与政治发展进行了有益的探索。具体表现为：高度重视立法工作,确保民主政治稳步发展;注重民主与法制相结合,实现民主法制化;强调严格执法与依法办事,确保公平公正;完善监督,实现监督的民主化与法制化;倡导法治,建设社会主义民主政治;强调依法治国,并与党的领导、人民当家作主相结合。
