创新型人才培养理念下的高校考试评价制度改革

高等教育改革的核心问题,是培养和造就富有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才。考试是评价和改进教学,使之有利于培养创新型人才的基本途径。采用文献调查法和问卷调查法,在分析当前高校考试与评价制度的现状与问题的基础上,提出创新型人才培养理念下我国高校考试与评价制度改革的若干建议：落实全面发展性学生评价观;完善学分制下学生个性化评价,注重学生的个性发展,因材施教。

On Reforming Examination and Evaluation System in Colleges and Universities under the Concept of Innovative Personnel Training

The core issue in reforming higher education is how to cultivate high-quality personnel with innovative spirit and ability. Examinations are basic ways to evaluate and improve teaching and to make it conducive to cultivating innovative talents. In this paper,several recommendations,including the implementation of evaluating students with the standard of overall development and the consummation of individualized evaluation under the credit system to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,were proposed for the reformation of the examination and evaluation system under the concept of innovative personnel training based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in colleges and universities through the methods of literature survey and questionnaire.
