| 摘 要： | 担保物权制度是物权法的重要组成部分。我国刚刚实施的《物权法》对担保物权制度的相关内容进行了多方面的补充、修订和完善。《物权法》有力扩展了担保财产的范围,明确区分了债权行为与物权变动,创新规定了抵押权的担保期间,明显强化了担保物权人的权利。

| Abstract: | Real right for security is one important part of real property law.The newly issued Real Property Law of China has made many supplementations,revisions and improvements on pertinent contents of the system of real property for security.It has expanded the scope of real right for security,distinguished the creditor's rights behavior from real right changes,made new stipulations on the guarantee period of mortgage,and further strengthened the rea-right guarantee's rights. |
