| 摘 要： | 高校档案是高等学校办学水平和办学实力的真实记录和凭证依据。因此,高校档案中蕴藏着的极大潜在价值和开发价值的信息就成为服务教学评估工作的具有重大社会效益性的信息源泉。而开发高校档案信息资源,应遵循存真求实的原则、历史性与实效性并重的原则以及多样化开发档案信息的原则。
