| Abstract: | FRB(The Federal Reserve Bank of USA) had abandoned the traditional Random Walk and Simple Rules, but carried out Taylor's rule which focuses on credibility and flexibility. In China, a positive rule which is flexible under the control should be carried out for the time being. |
