| 摘 要： | 默克尔时代德国政府对华政策在保持自20世纪90年代以来的连续性的同时，也出现了巨大变化。随着德美关系的改善，默克尔政府开始推行“价值观外交”，对中国的崛起进行抵制。德国政府还企图利用西藏问题压制中国改变人权政策。随着中德经贸交流的不断扩大，未来中德外交必将得到改善。

| Abstract: | Germany＇s foreign policy towards China in Merkel time has kept the maintenance since 1990s, and also appeared a huge change. Along with the improvement of relations between Germany and the United States, the Merkel government starts to carry out ＂the values diplomacy＂, and resist the rise of China. The German government also attempts using the Tibet issue to attack the Chinese human rights policy. Along with the Chinese and German economics and trade exchange unceasing expansion, the Sino-German diplomacy will he improved and developed in the future. |
