| 摘 要： | 农业科技成果转化是实现农业科技进步、促进农村经济发展的关键性举措。农业科技成果的转化既需要经济支持,也需要法律保障。针对我国农业科技成果转化率偏低、科技人员在成果转化中职责不明、成果转化资金无保障以及农民对科技成果转化配合不够等诸多问题,应当完善相关立法,为农业科技成果转化提供强有力的法律保障,促进农业科技成果既快又好地转化为农业生产力。
